GRIDBDRX Reconstruct interior boundaries.

[ GRID ] = GRIDBDRX( GRID, ORDER ) Reconstructs interior boundaries and updates the GRID.B field. ORDER (default true) changes the order of boundaries so external boundaries are first, and internal last.
