SF_LAGMP Constant lagrange multiplier.

[ VBASE, NLDOF, XLDOF, SFUN ] = SF_LAGMP( I_EVAL, N_SDIM, N_VERT, I_DOF, XI, AINVJAC, VBASE ) Evaluates constant lagrange multiplier.
